Hepatocyte Growth Factor Receptor (HGFR)

Hepatocyte Growth Factor Receptor (HGFR)

Used for the determination of hepatocyte growth factor receptor (HGFR) concentration in human EDTA plasma using the Cloud-Cone Corp. HGFR ELISA kit.

Instrument: Manual assay

Specimen Type: EDTA Plasma

Volume per test: 2 x 50uL (min volume 200uL)

Principle:

Diluted patient samples, calibrators, and controls are added to a microtitre plate which is pre-coated with antibody specific to HGFR. Standards or samples are added to the wells with a biotin-conjugated antibody specific to HGFR. Next, avidin conjugated to horseradish peroxidase (HRP) is added to each well and incubated. After TMB substrate solution is added, only those wells that contain HGFR, biotin-conjugated antibody and enzyme-conjugated avidin will exhibit a colour change. The enzyme-substrate reaction is terminated by the addition of sulphuric acid solution and the colour change is measured spectrophotometrically at a wavelength of 450nm ±10nm. The concentration of HGFR in the samples is then determined by comparing the O.D. of the samples to the standard curve.

Testing Range: 1.09-80 ng/mL
